Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because our items are produced in limited quantities and often custom-made, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
However, we understand sizing can be tricky, so we do offer exchanges under the conditions below.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for store credit or a different size (if available).
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Requirements
• Items must be brand new, unworn, and in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• A $20 exchange fee applies if the wrong size was ordered
If we made a mistake and sent the incorrect item, your exchange will be free of charge.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are clearly labeled in the product description.
These items are made-to-order and usually ship within:
4–6 weeks
but may take up to 10 weeks depending on demand, production speed, or unforeseen delays.
We appreciate your patience — pre-order support helps us continue growing as a small brand.
Order Accuracy
We kindly ask all customers to double-check their order details and sizing before completing checkout. This helps prevent delays and unnecessary exchange fees.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to all policies stated above.
No chargebacks will be accepted, as all shipping and exchange guidelines are clearly provided at checkout and on this page
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange. Exchanges are only available if we have the item in stock. If the item is not in stock, we cannot process the exchange.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
